1. Our Role Diggaj Realty is a RERA-registered channel partner, not the developer/promoter, of any project listed here unless stated otherwise. We facilitate enquiries, site visits, and coordination between buyers and Developers. We cannot alter pricing, specifications, or possession timelines these remain the Developer responsibility. We may receive commission from Developers for successful bookings, per RERA norms. All bookings are executed directly between buyer and Developer.

2. Project Information Details, pricing, floor plans, and images shown are sourced from Developers and are indicative, subject to change, and not independently verified by us. Always confirm price, RERA number, and possession date with the Developer sales team and the Karnataka RERA portal before booking.

3. No Offer or Warranty Nothing here is a sale offer, booking confirmation, or guarantee of price/quality/possession. We make no warranties on Developer sourced information. Bookings are governed solely by the Developer official agreement.

4. Pricing & Commission Prices are Developer set and indicative. Offers may change without notice. Any commission we earn from the Developer does not add to your cost unless separately disclosed. GST, stamp duty, and registration are extra, per the Developer’s cost sheet.

5. Site Visits Information shared verbally during visits or calls is for guidance only confirm everything in writing. Verbal assurances do not override the Agreement for Sale.

6. Intellectual Property Website content and our branding belong to Diggaj Realty. Project images/plans remain the Developer’s IP. No reproduction without permission.

7. User Conduct Do not submit false information, misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content.

8. Third-Party Links Links to Developer sites, RERA portals, or map tools are for convenience. We are not responsible for third party content access at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for: reliance on unverified Developer information; construction delays, defects, or possession changes ; decisions made without official confirmation; or disputes between buyer and Developer. Our role is facilitation only not a guarantee of Developer performance.

10. RERA Compliance We operate as a RERA registered agent under the RERA Act, 2016. Our Agent Registration Number is available on request. Verify project RERA status independently on the Karnataka RERA portal.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance. Please check this page periodically.

12. Governing Law Governed by Indian law; disputes subject to Bengaluru, Karnataka court jurisdiction.
